Needed a battery swap on my iPhone 11 last week. Communication was straightforward - someone called ahead to book me in and kept me updated. They were honest about how long it’d take (around 20?min) and even offered me a seat while I waited. No fuss, fixed sharp, and phone feels like new. Really appreciated their friendly professionalism.
