We were supported from day one - communication was honest and responsive, even when the crematorium booking unexpectedly changed. Someone called promptly to let us know and offered new times without fuss. The team handled everything professionally, with kindness and calm. The service day ran smoothly, and it really helped lift the pressure at a tough time.
