I booked for a cut and subtle balayage after a last-minute call, and they squeezed me in - communication was great. Had a little mix-up with the shade, but someone offered another toner session straight away. They were professional, patient, and the final result looked natural and felt much healthier. Pleasant atmosphere too, and I left feeling confident.
